Mersu Tektile Ind. Trade Ltd. Co. has
started to operate in 1997 over the plant with a total area of
22.000 squaremeters
located near Lüleburgaz.
Mersu
Textile, realizing high quality production with modern machinery and
equipment, has specialized in yarn bobbin dyeing.
The company that carries on its activity with high quality standards
of its products, the contuniously investing technology
and the contemporary approaches in management, offers a range of
dyed yarns on a variety of colours to its customers within the
frame of 100% customer satisfaction principle.
Mersu Textile, founded with the purpose to supply high quality
products both to national and international markets, has
revealed considerable performance in a very short period of time.
Having realized the additional investment
made in 2003, the capacity of production has been increased to level
of 3.300 tons annually.
Cotton
yarn in particular, viscose, synthetic and blended yarns has been
dyeing in bobbin form in our plant which
consists of laboratory, dyeing, drying and distribution deparments.
The analysis of length of fibre, strength of fibre,
values of fibre, moisture content is searched for most significant
input cotton in our laboratory. For dyed yarn,
check for colour and defect, control of fastness and the other
analyzes is made according to Oeko-Tex 100 Standards
demanded by the customers.
There are Krantz dye boilers with Barco Sedomat automation, capacity
ranging from 5 to 1200 kg, bobbin pressers,
Dettin centrifuges, HF Stalam drying machine and Corghi winding
machines performing 9 tons of daily capacity.
