The purpose of our quality policy is to perform 100% customer
satisfaction by understanding at the right time and
providing the right products for our customers’ changing needs and
expectations. In direction to accomplish this
purpose, quality control activities of raw materials, dyeing process
and output are carried out by laboratory and
production divisions at Lüleburgaz plant and headquarter.
With this quality control process, we believe, it is contributed to
the welfare of the society as well as our customers,
supliers, employees and partners.
As Mersu Textile, the idea of higher respect for human and
environment is based on our production.
All of the chemicals being used in production stage are harmless to
human health and environment. All of
the chemicals can also be deteriorated biologically.
The conformity our products to human health and environment is
accredited with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100
Certificate by Hohenstein Institute.

Water Pollution Control
All the industrial and home based waste water in our factory comes
to refining foundation. The daily capacity of our refining
foundation is 1.500 m³. The waste water coming to the refining
foundation are discharged through chemical and biological
refinings in accordance with the “Water Pollution Control Principles
Chart: 10.1” . The treatment foundation is established
at the same time with the plant and has been in continuous
operation since then. The waste water are refined according to
discharge criterion of “Water Pollution Control Principles Chart:10.1.

Energy Saving
In bleaching and washing processes, heat regaining is benefitted
from. The water that will be used in production is heated
by passing the waste hot water through the exchange. Therefore,
energy saving is realized by doing ths.

Solid Waste Recycle
It is tried to hold the solid waste at the minimum level and all
the palstic barrels, metal waste, nylon sacks, packing materials
and second quality goods are collected to sold to subsidary industry
for recycle.
The curing works on human health and environment are carried out
continuously. The activities in direction to
this idea is going to be started to accredit with the ISO 14000
Qualtiy Certificate very soon.
